Profile and Account Data: Role, industry, skill level, team/organization info used to personalize content.

Content and Usage Data: Prompts and responses with the Artemis AI Training Agent, downloads/purchases, transaction history, usage logs (IP, device, OS, browser, pages viewed, referrers, timestamps).

Cookies and Tracking Data: Cookies, pixels, and similar tech for analytics and ads (browser type, device ID, pages viewed, time on page, links clicked, conversions).

Third-Party Source Data: Info from social/SSO sign-ups or team invites (e.g., email).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information; please avoid submitting it.

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide and Personalize the Service: Account creation, authentication, content delivery, personalization, team features.

Process Transactions: Payments via secure processors, send receipts, status updates, and digital delivery.

Communicate: Administrative emails (resets, renewals, confirmations, policy updates); promotional emails per applicable law (opt-out anytime).

Improve and Develop: Usage analytics to debug, enhance UX, develop features/content, and inform business decisions.

Service Providers: Payments (e.g., Stripe), email/support tools, analytics/ads (e.g., Google Analytics, PostHog, Meta, TikTok, Reddit), AI/cloud infrastructure. Access limited to service delivery under confidentiality.

Corporate Group: Shared if needed to operate the Service (subject to same commitments).

Business Transfers: In mergers/acquisitions, data may transfer with notice and continued protection.

Legal Requirements: Disclosure to comply with law, protect rights/safety, or enforce Terms.

With Consent: For uses outside this policy (e.g., testimonials), we will ask first.

De-Identified/Aggregate: Shared for insights/marketing without personal identifiers.

We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party direct marketing without consent.

Do Not Track: Not currently responded to due to lack of standard; treated like other browser settings.

Account data retained while active; deleted/anonymized on request subject to legal/operational needs.

Transaction records kept for billing, tax, audits as required by law.

Support communications retained for resolution and training; public posts may persist unless removed.

AI interaction logs may be retained/improved/anonymized; treated like account data when linked.

Analytics often aggregated/anonymized; retained indefinitely for trends.

Backups persist for limited durations; secured and cycled out.

Legal holds may extend retention; when no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Access/Portability, Correction, Deletion, Restriction, Objection (e.g., marketing), Withdraw Consent, and rights against significant Automated Decisions (none currently producing legal effects).

California: CCPA/CPRA rights (we do not sell personal data).

EU/UK (GDPR): Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and right to complain to a supervisory authority.

Some requests may be limited if data is needed for legal obligations or cannot be fully verified.

Data is processed primarily in the U.S.; other countries may have different protections.

Safeguards for EEA/UK/CH transfers may include Standard Contractual Clauses or consent; we honor Privacy Shield principles for legacy transfers.

8. Security Measures

HTTPS/TLS in transit; sensitive data encrypted/hashed; payments handled by PCI-compliant processors.

Employee training on data security; optional 2FA where available is recommended.

No system is 100% secure; we’ll notify affected users/authorities of breaches as required. Safeguard your credentials and notify us of unauthorized access.

9. Children’s Privacy

Services not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable).

If a child has provided data without consent, contact support@builtbyrose.co for removal and account termination.

If we ever target younger audiences, we will implement appropriate protections and update this policy.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

External sites/tools (e.g., Kindle, social platforms, embedded content) are governed by their own policies.

We are not responsible for third-party practices; review their privacy policies before use.
